GIF and sometime TIFF pictures uses the lzw compression scheme. UNISYS has a patent on this algorithm. So, I have to pay a license fee for all copies registered after January 1, 1995.
So, I changed something: I will no longer mail an additional update on floppy disk after the mail of the original disk with the serial number. There is no change in the registration fee.
Every registered user can download any future update from online services and reregister and use the new version with the serial number for no additional fee.
